Below is the registration letter for the 2009-2010 school year:

The registration form can be filled out online and printed. No data is saved to the web site and the form cannot be saved to your PC.  Remember to sign the form after it's printed and send it to the school. (You need Adobe Reader version 7 or later to fill in the form online. )
