WE BELIEVE that the purpose of St. Monica School is to communicate Christ to students so that their attitudes toward others will be Christ-like.

WE BELIEVE that all students at St. Monica School should be provided an opportunity for educational growth according to their optimum potential.

WE BELIEVE that the school shares with the home, the Church and other community agencies, the responsibility for the wholesome development of the student.

WE BELIEVE that all students have a right to an atmosphere of study and disciplined responsibility to maintain this atmosphere.

WE BELIEVE that to these ends, the school should develop in students the knowledge, skills, habits, understandings, attitudes, and character traits essential for rich personal faith life--”I have come that you may have life, life in its fullness!”

WE BELIEVE that the school should assist the students to discover, in the light of their faith, theirspecific vocation to live responsibly in a community with others and to achieve responsible, contributing citizenship.

WE BELIEVE that no one should be excluded from St. Monica School on the basis of race, ethnic background or economic status.
